"عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ، وَلَا يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَاةٍ فِى مَالِهَا شَىْءٌ وإِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
