"عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُعَاقِدُ الرَّجُلَ، فَيَرثُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ، وَكَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَاقَدَ رَجُلًا فَوَرِثَهُ".
