"عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: مَنْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ سَيَبَرُّهُ فَلَمْ يبِرَّهُ، كَانَ إثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِى لَمْ يَبَرَّهُ (*) ".
