"بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مُنَادِيًا في السُّوقِ: إِنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَصْمٍ وَلَا ظَنِينٍ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ الله! مَا الْخَصْمُ؟ قَالَ: الجارُ لِنَفْسِهِ، قِيلَ. وَمَا الظَّنِينُ؟ قَالَ: الْمُتَّهَمُ في دِينِهِ".
