Yahya related to me from Malik from Amr, the mawla of al-Muttalib from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw Uhud and said, "This is a mountain which loves us and we love it. O Allah! Ibrahim made Makka Haram, and I will make what is between the two tracts of black stones (in Madina) a Haram."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ طَلَعَ لَهُ أُحُدٌ فَقَالَ هَذَا جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ وَأَنَا أُحَرِّمُ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَرَّمَ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيِ الْمَدِينَةِ»
[AI] He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioning Makkah and he said, "Indeed, Ibrahim has declared Makkah as sacred, and I declare sacred what is between its two mountains." He meant Madinah.
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَذَكَرَ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ وَإِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا» يُرِيدُ الْمَدِينَةَ

"مَا بَينَ لابَتَى الْمدِينَةِ حَرَامٌ".
"عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رسُول الله ﷺ : "إِنِّى أُحَرِّمُ بَيْنَ لاَبَتَىْ الْمَدِينَةِ كَمَا حَرَّمَ إبْرَاهيمُ مَكَّةَ".
"عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ ذَكَرَ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ إبْرَاهِيمَ حَرَّمَ حَرَمَ مَكَّةَ، وَإِنِّى أُحَّرَمُ مَا بَيْنَ لَا بَتَيْهَا (*) - لِلْمَدِينَةِ".
"عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ حَرَّمَ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتِى المَدِينَةِ مِن الصَّيْدِ وَالعِضَاه (*) ".
" عَنْ عُبَادَةَ - وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ حَرَّمَ مَا بَيْنَ لابَتَي المَدينَة، كَمَا حَرمَ إِبْرَاهيمُ مَكَّةَ".
