"إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَضَعُ طَعَامَهُ فَما يُرْفَعُ حتَّى يُغْفَر لَهُ، يَقُول: باسم الله إِذا وُضِعَ، وَإِذَا رُفِعَ قَال: الْحَمْدُ لله كَثِيرًا".

"إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُوضَعُ الطَّعَامُ بَينَ يَدَيه؛ فَما يُرْفَعُ حتَّى يُغْفَرَ لَهُ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ الله، بِمَ ذاك؟ قال: يَقُولُ: بِاسْم الله إِذَا وُضِعَ، والْحَمْدُ لله إِذَا رُفِعَ".
