"إِن الله ﷻ إِذا غضِب على أُمةٍ ثم لمْ ينزِل بها الْعذاب غلت أسْعَارُها، وقصرت أعْمارُها, ولم تربح تجارُها وَحَبَس عَنها أمْطارَها، ولم يُغزرْ أَنهارها.، وسلط عليها شِرارها".
