"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: ابْنُ المُلاَعَنَةِ يُدْعَى لأُمِّهِ، وَمَنْ قَذَفَ أُمَّهُ يَقُولُ: يَابْنَ الزَّانِيَةِ: ضُرِبَ الْحَدَّ، وَأُمُّهُ عَصَبَتُهُ يَرِثُهَا وَتَرِثُهُ".
