"عن عَلِىٍّ قالَ: لا تجوزُ شهادةُ النِّساءِ في الطَّلاقِ، والِّنكَاح والحدُودِ، والدِّماءِ، ولاَ تَجوزُ شهادةُ (النساء بَحتًا في) (*) دِرْهَم حَتى يَكونَ مَعَهُنَّ رَجُلٌ".
