"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: إِذَا مَلَّكَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتهُ مَرَّةً وَاحِدةً فَإِنْ قَضتْ فَليْسَ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهَا شَئٌ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَقْضِ فَهِى وَاحِدَةٌ وَأَمْرُهَا إِلَيْهِ".
