"عَنْ أَبِى صَالِحٍ الْحَنَفِىِّ قَالَ: سَأَلَ ابْنُ الْكَوَّاءِ عَلِيّا عَنْ الْمَمْلُوكَةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ الرَّجُلِ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا تَطْليقَتَيْن ثُمَّ يَشْتَرِيهَا، فَقَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ".
