"عَنْ أَبِى قَيْسِ الأَزْدِىِّ، عَمنْ حَدثهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً زَوَّجَتْها أُمُّهَا بِرضَاهَا فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِىٍّ فَقَالَ: أَلَيْسَ قَدْ دَخَلَ بِهَا كَالنِّكَاحِ جَائِزٌ".
