"عن ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِى مُحَمَّدٌ أَظُنُّهُ ابْنَ عُبيَدِ الله الَعرَرِىّ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ، وَعَلِيّا اجْتَمعا عَلَى أَنَّهُ (من) مَاتَ في القصَاصِ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهُ: فِى كتَابِ الله قَتْله".
