" عَنِ الحَرْثِ (*)، عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: لأنْ أُوصِىَ بِالخُمْسِ أحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ أنْ أُوصِىَ بِالرُّبُع، وَلأنْ أُوصِىَ بِالرُّبُع أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُوصِىَ بِالثُّلُثِ، وَمَنْ أوْصَى بِالثُّلُثِ فَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ شَيْئًا ".
