"عن أبى النضر عمن رأى عثمان بن عفان (أن عثمان) دعا بوضوء وعنده على وطلحة (والزبير وسعد) فتوضأ ثلاثًا ثلاثًا، ثم قال: أنشدكم بالله أتعلمون أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يتوضأ كما توضأت؟ قالوا: نعم".
