السيوطي:٢٨٠٣٠a –

"يُعَذَّبُ اللِّسَانُ بِعَذَابٍ لَا يُعَذَّبُ بِهِ شَئٌ مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ، فَيَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ عَذَّبْتَنِى بِعَذَابٍ لَمْ تُعَذِّبْ بِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ: خَرَجَتْ مِنْكَ كَلِمَةٌ بَلَغَتْ مَشَارِقَ الأَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا، فَسُفِكَ بِهَا الدَّمُ الْحَرَامُ، وَأُخِذَ بِهَا الْمَالُ الْحَرَامُ، وَانْتُهِكَ بِهَا الْفَرْجُ الْحَرَامُ، فَوَعِزَّتِى لأُعَذِّبَنَّكَ بِعَذَابٍ لَا أُعَذِّبُ بهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ".

"لَيسَ شَيْءٌ مِن الْجَوارحِ يُعَذَّبُ أشَدَّ مِن اللِّسانِ يَقُولُ اللِّسانُ: يَا رَبِّ عَذَّبْتَنى بِعَذَاب لا يُعَذَّبُ بِه الْجَسَدُ قَال: خَرَجَتْ منْك كَلِمَةٌ بَلَغت الْمَشْرِقَ وَالْمَغْرِبَ، فَسُفِكَ بِها الدِّماءُ، وَعِزَتَّى لأعَذِّبَنَّكَ عَذَابًا لا أُعَذبه شَيئًا مِن الْجَوارحِ".
