"يَا نَارُ كُونِى بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلَى عَمَّارٍ، كَمَا كنتِ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، تَقْتُلُكَ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ".  

ابن عساكر عن عمرو بن ميمون قال: عذَّب المشركون عمارًا بالنارِ، فكان النبى ﷺ يَمُر بيدهِ على رأسه ويقول: فذكره، قال ابن عساكر: (وابن ميمون) أدرك النبى ﷺ ولم يره
