السيوطي:٢٧٢١٥a –

"يَا عَلِيُّ: اخْصمُكُ بِالنُّبوَّةِ وَلاَ نُبُوَّةَ بَعْدِى، وَتَخْصِمُ النَّاسَ بِسَبعٍ وَلاَ يُحَاجُّكَ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْ قُرَيْش، أَنْتَ أوَّلهُمْ إِيمَانًا بِالله، وَأَوْفَاهُمْ بعَهْدِ الله، وَأَقْوَمُهُمْ بِأمْرِ الله، وَاقْسَمُهُمْ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ، وَأَعْدَلُهُمْ في الرَّعِيةِ، وَأَبْصَرُهُمْ بِالْقَضِيَّةِ، وَأَعْظَمُهُمْ عِنْدَ الله مَزِيَّةً".

"يَا عَلِيُّ: لَكَ سَبع خِصَالٍ لاَ يُحَاجُّكَ فِيهِنَّ أَحَدٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ: أَنْتَ أَوَّلُ الْمُؤْمِنينَ بِالله إِيمَانًا، وَأَوْفَاهُمْ بِعَهْدِ الله، وَأَقْوَمُهُمْ بأَمْرِ الله، وَأَرْأَفُهُمْ بِالرَّعيَّةِ، وَأقْسَمُهُمْ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ، وَأَعْلَمُهُمْ بِالقَضِيَّةِ وَأَعْظَمُهُمْ مَزيَّةً يَوْمَ الْقِيًامَةِ".
