" يَا أَنَسُ: إِذَا هَمَمتَ بِأَمْرٍ فَاسْتَخِرْ رَبَّكَ ﷻ فِيهِ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ، ثُمَّ انْظُرْ إِلَى الَّذِى سَبَقَ إلَى قَلبِكَ؛ فَإِنَّ الخَيْرَ فِيهِ ".
