"مَنْ بَاعَ سلعَةً [مِنْ ] رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَنْقُدْهُ ثُمَّ أَفْلَسَ الرَّجلُ، فَوَجَدَ سِلعَتَهُ بِعَينِهَا، فَليأخذْهَا دُونَ الْغُرمَاءِ" .
