"مَنْ بَاتَ عَلَى ظَهْر بَيت لَيسَ عَلَيه مَا يَسْتُرُه فَمَات فَلَا ذِمَّةَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ رَكبَ الْبَحْرَ حِينَ يَرْتَجُّ فَلَا ذِمَّةَ لَهُ".
