"عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ: أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ الْكَامِلَةَ فِى ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ، وَجَعَلَ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ وَالثُّلُثَيْنِ فِى سَنَتَيْنِ، وَمَا دُونَ النِّصْفِ فِى سَنَةٍ، وَمَا دُون الثُّلُث فهُوَ فِى عَامِهِ".
