السيوطي:٢-٨١٦b –

"عَنِ الثَّوْرِى، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهيمَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أُتِىَ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَقِيَهَا رَاعٍ بِفَلَاةٍ مِنَ الأَرْضِ وَهِىَ عَطْشَى، فَاسْتَسْقَتْ، فَأَبَى أنْ يَسْقِيَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَتْرُكهُ فَيقَعَ بِهَا، فَنَاشَدَتْهُ بِالله، فَلَمَّا بَلَغَتْ جَهْدَها أمْكَنَتْهُ، فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ بِالضَّرُورَةِ".
