"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قُرَيْشٌ أَحَقُّ النَّاسِ بهذَا الْمَالِ، لأَنَّهُمْ إِذَا أُعْطُوا فَاضَ وَإِذَا أُعْطِيَهُ غَيْرَهُمْ لَمْ يَفِضْ".
