"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: الرَّعِيَّةُ مُؤَدِّيَةٌ إِلَى الإِمَامِ مَا أَدَّى الإِمَامُ إِلى الله، فَإِذَا رَتَعَ الإِمَامُ رَتَعُوا".
