"عن الشَّعبى قال: قال عبدُ الله بنُ مسعود: لو أن الناسَ سَلكوا واديًا أو شِعْبًا، وسَلكَ عمرُ واديًا أو شِعبًا سلكتُ وادى عمر وشِعبَهُ، ولو قنتَ عمرُ قنتُّ".
