"عَنْ عمر (*) قَالَ: مَا عَلَى وَجْهِ الأَرْضِ مُسْلِمٌ إِلَّا وَلَهُ فِى هَذَا الْفَىْءِ حَقٌّ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ".
