"عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْن سَبْرَةَ قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ - ثَلاَثًا -: تَعَلَّمُوا الْمَشْىَ حُفَاةً واحتَفُوا، وَشَمِّرُوا الأُزُرَ، وَتَعَلَّمُوا الرَّمْىَ".
