"عَنْ بَكْرٍ قَالَ: تَزَوَّجت امْرأَةٌ بِغَيْرِ وَلِىٍّ وَلاَ بيِّنَةٍ، فَكَتَب إِلىَّ عُمَرُ: أَنْ تُجْلَد مِائةً وَكَتَبَ إلَى الأَمْصارِ: أَيُّمَا امْرأة تَزَوَّجَتْ بَغيْرِ وَلَىٍّ فهِىَ بِمَنْزِلةِ الزَّانِيَةِ".
