"عن إسماعيلَ بن أُميةَ: أن عمر بن الخطاب أخرج الرقيق والدواب من مكة، ولم يكن يدع أحدا يُبَوِّب داره حتى استأذنته هندٌ ابنة سهيل، وقالت: إنما أريد بذلك إحراز متاعِ الحاج وظهورهم، فأذن لها فَعملت بابين على دارها".
