"عَنْ أَبِى وَائِلٍ قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا عُمَرُ فِى ابْنِ الْعَمِّ: إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَخًا لأُمٍّ فَهُوَ أحَقُّ بِالْمِيرَاثِ".
