السيوطي:٢-٣٣٦٤b

"عَنِ القَاسِم بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ قِيلَ لَهُ فِى رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَيْه حَدٌّ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ، إِنَّهُ مَرِيضٌ، فَقَالَ: وَاللَّه لأَنْ يَمُوتَ تَحْتَ السِّيَاطِ أَحَبُّ إِلىَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَلْقَى اللَّه وَقَدْ ضَيَّعْتُ حَدًا مِنْ حُدُودِهِ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَضُرِبَ".
