"عَنِ الأَحْنَفِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ لْلِوَالِى إِذَا طَلَبَ الْعَافِيَةَ مِمَّنْ هُوَ دُونَهُ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّه الْعَافِيَةَ مِمَّنْ هُوَ فَوْقَهُ".
