"عن عمر أنه قال: يَا أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ! إِنَّهُ لَا خَيْرَ فِى مَالٍ لَا يُزَكَّى، فَجَعَلَ فِى الْخَيْلِ عَشَرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ، وَفِى البَراذِينِ ثَمَانِيَةً".
