"عَنْ أَسْلَمَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَّالِهِ يَنْهَاهُمْ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ والصَّبْيَانِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكينَ، وَيَأمُرُهُمْ بِقَتْلِ مَنْ جَرَتْ عَلَيْه المُوسى مِنْهُمْ".
