"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: إِذَا أَعْتَقَ الرَّجُلُ الْعَبْدَ وَلَهُ الْمَالُ فَالْمَالُ لِلعَبْدِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ مَالَهُ لِموْلَاهُ الَّذِى أَعْتقَهُ".
