"عَنْ أَبِى قَبِيلٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ في زَمَنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ إِذَا ولُدَ الْمَوْلُودُ فُرِضَ لَهُ في عَشَرةٍ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ أَنْ يُفْرضَ أُلْحِقَ بِهِ".
