السيوطي:٢-٢٩٥٥b –

"عَنِ الشَّعْبِىِّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَلِى مَالَ يَتِيمٍ فَقَالَ: إِنْ تَرَكْنَا هَذَا أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ الزَّكَاةُ -يَعْنِى- إِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ فِى التِّجَارَةِ".
