السيوطي:٢-٢٩٥٢b –

"عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ كُرْدُوسٍ قَالَ: صَالَحْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ عَلَى بَنِى تَغْلِبَ بَعْدَمَا قَطَعُوا الْفُرَاتَ وَأَرَادُوا اللُّحُوقَ بِالرُّومِ، عَلَى أَلَّا يَصْبُغُوا صبِيًا، ولَا يُكْرَهُوا عَلَى غَيْرِ دِينِهِمْ، أَنَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُشْرَ مُضَاعَفًا فِى كُلِّ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ".
