"عن أَبِى الْبَخْتَرِىِّ قَالَ: سألتُ ابنَ عمرَ عنِ السَّلَمِ فِى النَّخْلِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى عُمَرُ عَنْ بَيعْ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَصْلُحَ، وَنَهَى عَنِ الْوَرِقِ بِالذَّهَبِ نَسَاءً بِنَاجِزٍ".
