"عن الأسود بن قيسٍ، عن أشياخٍ لهم: أن غُلَامًا دخل دار زيد بن مرجان - فضربَته ناقة لزيد فقتلته، فعمد أولياء الغلام فعقروها، فاختصموا إلى عمر بن الخطاب) (*) فأبطل دم الغلام وأغرم الأب ثمن الناقة".
