"عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ زَيْد قَالَ: كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الخَطَّابِ يَسْتَشِيرُ عَبْدَ اللَّه بْنَ عَبَّاسِ فِى الأَمْرِ إِذَا أَهَمَّهُ وَيقُولُ: غُص غَوَّاصُ".
