"عن كَرْدَمٍ أن عمرَ بعثَ مُصَدِّقًا عامَ الرمادَةِ فقالَ: أَعْطِ مَنْ أَبْقَتْ لهُ السنةُ غنمًا وراعيًا، ولا تُعْطِ من أَبْقَتْ لَهُ السنةُ غَنَمينِ وراعيينِ".
