"عن ابن سيرين قال: اختصم عمرُ بن الخطاب ومعاذ بن عَفْرَاء فَحَكَّما أُبَىَّ بن كَعْبٍ، فأتياه؛ فقال عمر بن الخطاب: إلى بيته يُؤتَى الحكَمُ، فقضى على عمر باليمينِ؛ فَحلَف".
