"عَنْ عَطاءٍ أن عُمرَ بنَ الخطَّابِ قَالَ في مُحرمٍ بِحَجةٍ أصَابَ امرأتَهُ وهِىَ مُحرِمةٌ، قال: يقضيان حجَّهما، وعليهما الحَجُّ من قابلٍ من حيثُ كَانَا أحرمَا، ويفترقانِ حتى يُتِمَّا حَجَّهما".
