"عَنْ عُمَرَ فِي الرَّجُل يرْتَهِنُ الرَّهْنَ فَيَضيعُ قَالَ: إِذا كَانَ الرَّهْنُ بَأكْثَرَ مِمَّا رُهِنَ بِهِ فَهُوَ أَمِينٌ فِي الْفَضْلِ، وَإِذَا كَانَ أَقَلَّ رُدَّ عَلَيْهِ تَمَامُ حَقِّهِ".
