"مَا أنْزَلَ اللهُ -تَعَالى- آيَةً فيهَا: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا} إِلَّا وَعَليٌّ رَأسُها وَأَميرُهَا".  

[حل] أبى نعيم في الحلية عن ابن عباس، وقال: لم نكتبه مرفوعًا إلا من حديث ابن أبي خيثمة، والناس رووه موقوفًا
