"قضَى الله ﷻ فِي الْحَقِّ بِشَاهِدَينِ، فَإِنْ جَاءَ بِشَاهِدَينِ أَخَذَ حَقَّهُ، وَإِنْ جَاءَ بشَاهِدٍ واحِدٍ حَلَفَ مَعَ شَاهِدِه"
