It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade praying when the sun is rising or setting.  

النسائي:٥٦٤أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنْبَأَنَا خَالِدٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُصَلَّى مَعَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ أَوْ غُرُوبِهَا
