"I heard Sa'eed bin Jubair narrate from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet [SAW] said: 'Allah will not look at the Musbil (the one who lets his Izar come below the ankles).'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَى مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلاَءَ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ, "Allah will not look, on the Day of Resurrection, at a person who drags his Izar (behind him) out of pride and arrogance.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ بَطَرًا

I ordered Muslim b. Yasar, the freed slave of Nafi' b. 'Abd al-Harith, while I was sitting between them, that he should ask Ibn 'Umar if he had heard anything from Messenger of Allah ﷺ pertaining to one who trails his lower garment out of pride. The Prophet ﷺ said Allah will not look, on the Day of Resurrection at the person who drags his garment (behind him) out of conceit. On that Abu Bakr said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the Day of Rising, Allah the Blessed, the Exalted, will not look at a person who drags his lower garment in arrogance."
